# Can I edit customer details later?

Yes. You can edit customer details at any time in Raad, including name, contact
information, address, and tax details.



However, the opening balance cannot be edited once it is saved. This is to
maintain accounting integrity and audit compliance.



If an opening balance needs correction, it must be adjusted using a proper
adjustment entry or credit/debit note, as per accounting standards.
